—MOTTRA Caviar is ecologically sustainable.  Sturgeons are farmed indoors for safekeeping from the dangerous exterior environment resulting in the use of no antibiotics.  The water comes from the purest source, a 150m deep artesian well.  Strict air contols, organic feed and this pure artesian water make our sturgeon and caviar pollutant free.  MOTTRA’s farm is environmentally friendly assuring that factory waste (mostly water) enters the environment chemical free.
